Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with imitation wood showing wear, and only the bedroom had natural light. On the bright side, there were two bathrooms, one off the main bedroom and one in the hallway. The service was friendly and prompt, although we encountered a minor issue with the hairdryer. The location, near Piccadilly train station and with a lovely converted building charm, offered a convenient base with character. Dining options were enjoyable and reasonably priced. The hotel's facilities were decent, making for a comfortable stay overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms didn't impress me as much as on my first visit, I appreciated the early availability and late check-out service, especially since I had a late flight out of MAN. The hotel's location is excellent, with rooms surrounding an atrium on different levels.
The hotel's rooms were alright, but with some drawbacks like the lack of a seat at the dressing table and a short hairdryer cord. However, the rooms on the 7th floor were absolutely fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were some issues with rates. The location is superb, right beside Piccadilly Train Station, making it convenient for city exploration. The dining options were decent, especially breakfast. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel is excellently located near Manchester Piccadilly Station, making it convenient for both transportation and exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, but could benefit from more decorations. The service is responsive and accommodating, although some issues may not be easily solved. The dining options are delicious and offer unique breakfast choices. The facilities are modern and clean, providing a pleasant stay overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are lovely, of a very high standard, and facing a serene view. They were my favorite place here as they are very cozy, and the big thick curtains were great as they did not let light through into the room, keeping them dark when shut. The service was exceptional, emphasizing the uniqueness of the building, the spaciousness of the apartments, and the excellent service provided. The location is light and perfect for a lazy cuppa after a hard day's shopping/sightseeing. The dining experience was also excellent with the option of having freshly cooked Eggs Benedict & delicious Belgian waffles - truly delicious! The facilities provided were top-notch, adding to the comfort of my stay.
The hotel had quite spacious rooms with a bit of an outdated look, but the complementary milk was a nice touch. The living area felt lacking in coziness despite being very spacious. The double beds, kitchenette, and sitting area were fantastic for the price for a party setting.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious and warm rooms featuring excellent amenities and plenty of hot water. The exposed bricks and original beams added character and the views over Manchester were fantastic. However, fitting in a cot made the room feel a bit small initially, but it was adequate once we rearranged things.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are like having your own luxury apartment. The interior windows give a unique touch, but they overlook the common areas. The living area is very nice, though some may wish for bigger bedrooms or more bathrooms. Great value for either a hotel or apartment stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable environment. However, the service left much to be desired with a lackluster response to issues. The location was convenient, but the overall condition of the hotel appeared tired. Dining options were excellent, offering good value, but the overall facilities were average.
I had a fantastic time at the hotel. The rooms were great in terms of amenities, with a comfortable king-size bed. They were bright all night because of the lights outside, which I liked. The service was top-notch, especially on a busy day for the hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even offering to serve food wherever I wanted in the bar or lounge area. The location couldn't have been better, just next to Picadilly Station and a short walk to the center of town. The dining experience was good and reasonably priced, perfect after a busy morning of shopping. Overall, a wonderful stay!
