The Place, Manchester

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with imitation wood showing wear, and only the bedroom had natural light. On the bright side, there were two bathrooms, one off the main bedroom and one in the hallway. The service was friendly and prompt, although we encountered a minor issue with the hairdryer. The location, near Piccadilly train station and with a lovely converted building charm, offered a convenient base with character. Dining options were enjoyable and reasonably priced. The hotel's facilities were decent, making for a comfortable stay overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are lovely, of a very high standard, and facing a serene view. They were my favorite place here as they are very cozy, and the big thick curtains were great as they did not let light through into the room, keeping them dark when shut. The service was exceptional, emphasizing the uniqueness of the building, the spaciousness of the apartments, and the excellent service provided. The location is light and perfect for a lazy cuppa after a hard day's shopping/sightseeing. The dining experience was also excellent with the option of having freshly cooked Eggs Benedict & delicious Belgian waffles - truly delicious! The facilities provided were top-notch, adding to the comfort of my stay.
